Water Damage – Parker Home

Water damage at this Parker home was the result of heavy rainstorms with accompanying high gusty winds. Water entered the home through a window broken by flying debris and a breach of the roof. We removed the contents and transported them to our warehouse for restoration. We extracted the water from the carpeting and tested the moisture content of the subflooring with sophisticated monitoring equipment. The bedroom shown in the photos needed the carpeting removed and disposed of properly so we could dry the subfloor sufficiently. Other rooms we were able to restore the carpeting. We employed industrial air movers and dehumidifiers to aid in the drying process.
